Our Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied with your wellness product, we offer a 15-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, unless the 15-day money-back guarantee applies.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Be in the original packaging
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items (check individual product details)
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or other digital media
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not happy with your wellness product, you can request a full refund within 15 days of receiving it, no questions asked. The product must still be unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Gifts
If the item was a gift shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the gift was sent to the purchaser first, the refund will go to the gift giver.
